Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
  • Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
  • Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Strong client book preferred. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs. Service-oriented and customer-focused. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Education

Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
