Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
  • Comply with all company policies.
  • Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Follow up on shipping, alteration, and other client-related issues.
  • Assist with store housekeeping and image maintenance.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Strong client book preferred. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
