CELINE is hiring a Client Advisor in Florence, Italy. Join the iconic French fashion house, part of LVMH, to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to sales in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome all clients to the store, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Contribute to sales development and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Advise customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Share product stories and expertise with customers.
  • Propose complementary products proactively.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to aid in recruitment and retention.
  • Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the digital evolution of the brand.
  • Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the LVMH Group, embodying the brand spirit with creativity and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.

Skills

High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience. Strong team spirit and taste for challenges. Excellent sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
