Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a strong commercial mindset and deep product knowledge.
  • Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products.
  • Foster a positive team spirit by collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve both individual and collective goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing unparalleled service and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Uphold CELINE’s standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate actively in store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
  • Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.
  • Share the rich history and stories behind CELINE products, captivating clients with engaging storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products and heritage. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Initiative, sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy. Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment. Experience
