Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the UAE marketing strategy for the watches category.
  • Define forecasts and 360-degree plans for product launches.
  • Collaborate with commercial, supply, client, and communication teams to support range collections.
  • Revise sales forecasts monthly and ensure adequate product supply.
  • Build strong relationships with boutique managers and animate the community.
  • Lead in-boutique trainings in collaboration with the Learning & Development department.
  • Optimize product visibility and performance through collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
  • Support product awareness and desirability through collaboration with the communication team.
  • Implement client-centric activations in collaboration with the events team.
  • Develop monthly and yearly reports and analyses to track product performance.
  • Define and implement 360 launch plans for new products and exclusivities.
  • Capture market insights and understand competitor strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Strong knowledge in assortment management, merchandising, and business analysis. Highly collaborative with a proven record of building cross-functional relationships. Strong digital and analytical acumen. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous. Organized, self-driven, and resourceful with effective time management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally within the Middle East region.

Education

Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
