Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and consolidate product sales forecasts by product lines, coordinating with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Develop and maintain a robust product forecasting process, including defining KPIs and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Define and adapt product performance reports, collaborating with business partners to pilot report development.
  • Facilitate the creation of cross-functional action plans based on performance insights.
  • Empower Marketing and Communications teams on performance monitoring tools.
  • Build and consolidate product analysis for ad hoc presentations and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Client Engagement, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to analyze business strategies.
  • Conduct quarterly price analysis to assess market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Manage a team of analysts, overseeing workload prioritization and providing leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strategic thinking and leadership. Excellent planning and time management skills.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar or relevant role, with a focus on data analysis and strategic decision-making in a luxury brand context.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in a relevant field preferred.

Compensation

Expected salary: $125,000 to $145,000
