Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
  • Capture and manage client data accurately for relationship building and follow-up.
  • Support daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
  • Participate in inventory management and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry news and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Additional language skills are a plus.

Experience

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.

Education

College degree preferred.

Compensation

Expected hourly range: $18.75 to $28.85 (Commission and Overtime eligible).
