Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales and after-sales service.
  • Drive sales and serve as a role model, nurturing client relationships to generate sales leads and build lasting connections.
  • Maintain the highest standards of boutique operations, including managing aftersales procedures.
  • Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fine jewelry or watches.
  • Solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop a network of loyal clients.
  • Meticulous, client-focused, and organized.
  • Proficiency in French and English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in fine jewelry or luxury watch sales is required.
