Role & Responsibilities

  • Support technical quality criteria by calibrating quality levels with production and maintaining communication with other production sites.
  • Share quality criteria with product quality managers for new products.
  • Propose effective management of control measures.
  • Address quality issues by assisting in analysis with the production team and participating in problem-solving sessions.
  • Manage and track appropriate quality actions.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives based on the Quality Roadmap, defining priority topics through indicator analysis, conducting monthly meetings, and overseeing identified quality projects.
  • Conduct product process audits and routine tests based on identified risk levels and ensure follow-up on action plans.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects within the scope of action in partnership with Industrialization or participate in cross-functional technical or continuous improvement projects.
  • Serve as the document management reference for the entire quality department.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in quality/production or technician with experience in watchmaking.
  • Proven project management experience; experience in quality is an advantage.

Skills

Basic knowledge of mechanics and blueprint reading. Strong interest in working on-site with production teams. High sensitivity to the aesthetic requirements and criteria of watchmaking products. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills. Cross-functional leadership.

Experience

Proven experience in project management, preferably with a background in quality assurance or watchmaking.

Education

Engineering degree in quality/production or equivalent technical qualification.
