Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of manufacturing processes with quality standards.
  • Participate in product development meetings to define quality requirements.
  • Conduct risk analysis and propose solutions.
  • Qualify components and finished products.
  • Lead action plans to achieve quality objectives.
  • Define feasibility of internal and external controls.
  • Support teams during pre-series and series launches.
  • Train stakeholders on quality requirements.
  • Facilitate upward and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge in watchmaking, especially in casing. Proficiency in quality risk analysis and problem-solving tools. Dynamic, positive, and results-oriented mindset. Excellent decision-making and relationship-building abilities. Autonomous with strong analytical and synthesis skills. Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license for professional travel.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry, with a focus on quality assurance and project management.

Education

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
