Join Cartier in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland as a Production Planning Specialist. Lead planning cycles for haute horlogerie and fine jewelry, optimizing supply chain resources.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning cycle for watches and semi-finished components in the domains of Haute Horlogerie, Fine Jewelry, and High Jewelry.
  • Translate sales forecasts into actionable production plans for Cartier Horlogerie Manufactures and partners, optimizing supply chain resources.
  • Manage the internal and external charge/capacity analysis process, aligning with stock objectives and participating in stock reduction projects.
  • Coordinate action plans with various departments including Distribution, Production, and Procurement, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and manage information systems, including certification of new references and integrity checks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the watchmaking industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems, with SAP as a prerequisite and ANAPLAN as a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills, pragmatism, and methodical approach. Comfortable working in an open-plan office environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of confirmed experience in the watchmaking industry, with a strong command of ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
