Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with the Commercial team.
  • Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols and processes across boutiques, ensuring compliance with company regulations and health and safety codes.
  • Contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and senior staff.
  • Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs.
  • Compile monthly reports on competition activations.
  • Assist the MarComs team in event planning and execution, public relations, and client activation activities.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proactive approach to tasks with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

Good communication, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and marketing is advantageous.
