Cartier is seeking an Omni-Channel Retail Director in Singapore to lead the integration of online and offline retail experiences, enhancing client journeys and driving sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive omni-channel strategy aligned with SEAO business objectives.
- Integrate online and offline channels to enhance the client journey and personalize experiences.
- Define and track KPIs to identify growth opportunities and refine initiatives.
- Embed a client-first mindset across e-commerce and omnichannel activities.
- Activate clienteling programs to elevate service standards and deepen client loyalty.
- Collaborate with retail teams to align strategies and initiatives across channels.
- Design programs and tools to empower retail staff in delivering enhanced in-store experiences.
- Oversee e-commerce platform performance and drive online sales growth.
- Identify and execute commercial opportunities based on analytics and market trends.
- Manage budget planning and reporting to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail or omni-channel environments.
- Minimum of 3 years in direct people management or team leadership roles.
- Proven success in leading omni-channel strategies that drive sales and enhance client experiences.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
