Join Cartier in Paris as a Merchandising Project Manager. This fixed-term role offers an opportunity to influence merchandising processes within a prestigious luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the merchandising and data reference for the Merchandising community.
  • Act as the SAP reference for the team, ensuring optimal use and continuous process improvement in collaboration with regional expert teams.
  • Train new arrivals and share best practices within the Merchandising community.
  • Manage the creation and updating of Merchandising management tools.
  • Coordinate and manage internal sales campaigns, including operational oversight and interfacing with central teams.
  • Handle the Merchandising of center stones, analyzing and constructing assortment dimensions to align with product strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in dedicated tools such as Anaplan and Harmony.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales volumes and engage these indicators with Commercial and Marketing teams.
  • Optimize product availability in stores to maintain desirability and maximize sales.
  • Oversee the supply chain for Cartier France, updating systems like SAP and BOOSTER, and managing new product arrivals.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, including organizing store openings and closures, and coordinating with logistics and field teams.
  • Support boutiques in enhancing sales performance, collecting feedback, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Promote a test-and-learn philosophy to continuously improve in-store solutions.

Qualifications

  • Degree from an engineering or management school.
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Analytical and synthetic mindset, comfortable with numbers and IT tools. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous. Knowledge of an analytical language such as Looker Explorer is a plus. Curiosity, open-mindedness, and creativity. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Autonomy and organizational skills.

Experience

Approximately 5 years of experience, ideally within the luxury sector.

Education

Degree from an engineering or management school.
