Cartier is seeking an Industrialization Specialist in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland. Join a leading luxury brand to enhance horological product processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance industrialization files for horological products by redefining manufacturing processes in collaboration with industry specialists and calculating production costs.
- Design and develop phase plans in conjunction with production methods and quality teams.
- Define necessary tooling for manufacturing, finishing, and assembly processes.
- Oversee the industrial transfer to production, ensuring coherence in industrialization documentation.
- Support the transfer of industrialization files to production by validating product and process updates.
- Ensure all technical deliverables are documented and available for production.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and the design office throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in product, process, and equipment improvement initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and value analysis projects.
- Actively contribute to project teams to achieve cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
Qualifications
- Engineering or technical degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
- Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in horological industrialization.

Education
Engineering or technical degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
