Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze technical plans and assess feasibility from the design office.
- Define and create necessary tooling for production and prepare machining stations.
- Oversee the manufacturing of watch components using CNC and conventional machines.
- Expertly fabricate small watch components such as screws, axles, and tubes using conventional machines.
- Conduct dimensional inspections of parts to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possession of a CFC in micromechanics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in machining watch components using 5-axis CNC and conventional machines.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in machining watch components using 5-axis CNC and conventional machines is required.
Education
CFC in micromechanics or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
