Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical reference within the steel workshop, ensuring the optimal functioning of CNC machinery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop by proposing technical and organizational enhancements.
  • Support the Sector Manager by guiding the team towards achieving results, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Methods team to define manufacturing methods and necessary tools for pre-series and production targets.
  • Train colleagues in machining and assembly disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a CFC Polymécanicien or CFC Mécanicien for at least 5 years.
  • Proven experience with strong proficiency in mechanics and programming.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening and communication abilities. Ability to lead and support a team of approximately 15 individuals. Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented with effective priority management under stress. Open-minded, autonomous, versatile, and capable of self-reflection. Proficiency in digital tools including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Shizen.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a relevant mechanical and programming role, demonstrating expertise in CNC machinery.

Education

CFC Polymécanicien or CFC Mécanicien certification.
