Cartier is seeking an Assembly Specialist in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland. Join a dynamic team in a role that combines technical expertise with leadership in the luxury watch assembly sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference within the watch assembly workshop, providing training to colleagues and managing quality issues.
- Support the Sector Manager by guiding the team towards achieving results with a positive attitude that promotes a healthy work environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop from both a technical and organizational perspective.
- Provide technical support to subcontractors to help them meet their objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assembly processes with strong technical expertise.
- Recognized for excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Ability to lead and support a team of approximately 25 people.
- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong priority management skills.
