Join Cartier in New York City as a Luxury Retail Sales Associate. This role requires 2-5 years of luxury retail experience and offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious brand in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio, cultivating new and existing relationships.
  • Assist and support after-sales clients, ensuring alignment with Maison values.
  • Stay informed on industry news and competitor activities.
  • Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
  • Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in merchandising and inventory management.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
  • Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service understanding and prioritization. Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision. Additional language skills are advantageous. General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on customer service and sales.

Education

College degree preferred.
