Join Cartier in New York as a Jewelry Marketing Coordinator. This role involves supporting the brand strategy and operational tasks within the luxury jewelry sector. Temporary position with competitive hourly rates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Jewelry Product Marketing Team, managing daily requests from distribution networks and corporate teams, including product inquiries and sales analysis.
- Assist Product Managers with daily tasks, projects, and strategic launch operations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate the Jewelry Ambassador Community, collecting and synthesizing feedback from the network.
- Conduct quarterly GIA inventory checks and manage GIA certificates, reporting to the Diamond Product Manager.
- Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure content alignment with product strategy.
- Complete jewelry training to enhance product knowledge and serve as a trainer for new employees.
- Review competition through mystery boutique visits and research to present competitive landscape updates.
- Conduct research on jewelry luxury market trends, including collaborations, media partnerships, and campaign messages.
- Perform regular price checks and collect relevant data from key competitors.
- Support Product Managers in key projects, presentation building, and excel reporting.
- Participate in team brainstorming for the Jewelry Action Plan and propose ideas to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or business analysis.
