Join Cartier in Geneva as an International Fragrances Business Manager. Lead commercial strategies for the Fragrance category across regions. Luxury industry experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for the Fragrance category across assigned regions, including Travel Retail and Local Markets.
- Lead the execution of marketing operations to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align commercial strategies and co-build relevant regional strategies.
- Guide and support the Fragrance specialists' community, ensuring local execution of strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and brand image in flagship locations and top doors.
- Evaluate the ROI of investment plans and propose innovative sales and image development ideas.
- Provide strategic direction through quantitative and qualitative regional feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Fragrance & Beauty industry with international exposure, ideally within a luxury brand.
- Experience at both Central and Regional levels is required.
