Join Cartier in Paris as an International Business Compliance Senior Analyst. Contribute to compliance and risk management in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop finance compliance procedures for boutiques, manufactures, and the Maison, collaborating with teams such as International Retail, Group Compliance, Legal, HR, and Security.
- Develop and deliver regular analyses and reports on key compliance topics, including stock management and internal boutique reviews, while establishing key business compliance KPIs.
- Conduct the annual worldwide compliance testing campaign, performing control tests related to Maison policies and identifying deficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Enhance the business compliance culture and knowledge by developing online modules and a communication strategy in coordination with the Cartier Learning & Transformation team.
- Support the department's digitalization strategy by building dashboards and automated workflows, identifying data sources, and utilizing efficient tools for data analysis.
- Develop the Maison's control framework by assessing new risk areas, proposing control designs, and contributing to the structuration based on a risk approach.
- Participate in ad hoc assignments within the Risk & Compliance team as needed.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in Audit, Internal Control, Business Compliance, or Business Risk Management in an international and matrixed environment
