Join Cartier in Paris as an International Accessories and Leather Goods Collection Director. Lead product strategy and team management in a luxury setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement product and marketing strategies for Leather Goods, Eyewear, and Scarves in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of 360-degree activation plans to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Creation, Merchandising, Product Development, and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze product category performance through quantitative and qualitative assessments.
  • Set collection and launch plans, including product mix and pricing strategies.
  • Co-manage financial performance, including setting objectives for gross margin and world pricing.
  • Lead and develop a team of seven, fostering an inspiring and empowering management style.
  • Adapt organizational processes to meet business ambitions and support team success.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Political Studies, ideally with a focus on Fashion or Luxury.
  • Over 10 years of experience in product marketing within the luxury sector, including mandatory experience in soft luxury.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and product sensitivity. Leadership and team management capabilities. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous. Ability to work resourcefully and challenge the status quo.

Education

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Political Studies, ideally with a focus on Fashion or Luxury.
