Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with the High Jewelry Sales Team, ensuring all products and resources are ready for client appointments.
- Support hospitality elements of High Jewelry appointments, including beverage service and light refreshments.
- Interact with clients, providing exceptional service with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
- Assist the High Jewelry Sales Team by managing product logistics during appointments.
- Maintain the client wishlist in the product management catalogue and provide detailed recaps to the Sales Team.
- Anticipate and address the needs of the Sales Team and clients promptly and effectively.
- Uphold the Cartier image by maintaining a professional demeanor and acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
- Travel to local boutiques, events, or offsite locations to support bespoke appointments as needed.
- Follow-up and report on pending High Jewelry deals using the opportunity management tool.
- Assist with client development actions, including creating wishlists, fulfilling gifting ideas, and booking reservations.
- Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as expense reports and email proof-reading.
- Handle client insurance valuation requests accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure an exceptional guest journey.
- Monitor and follow-up on client care-service matters with appropriate stakeholders.
- Set-up and break down High Jewelry product displays and conduct inventory counts as required.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure correct displays and adjust as necessary.
- Ensure all High-End pieces are tagged correctly and in optimal condition.
- Update and maintain an active High Jewelry library, including product news and collection books.
- Submit and follow-up on transfer requests for High-End products to ensure timely arrivals.
- Comply with all Cartier security and operational procedures, including product handling and inventory control.
- Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries.
- Support broader boutique operations and hospitality tasks when not engaged in High Jewelry activities.
- Remain thoroughly informed about the full range of High-End products and the luxury marketplace.
Qualifications
- Educational background or equivalent experience in high-end retail or hospitality.
- Supplemental education or credentials from GIA, Gem-A, FHH, or similar institutions are advantageous.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is required.

Compensation
Expected salary range: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
