Cartier is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator in Le Locle, Switzerland. Join a prestigious brand committed to excellence and innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze workplace risks and hazards.
- Develop and implement safety and health improvement plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) manager to design training modules and educate employees on health and safety risks.
- Conduct safety audits and gather data on incidents to implement corrective measures.
- Lead the advancement of health-related action plans, including risk management and incident reporting.
- Promote a culture of workplace health and safety to minimize accidents and occupational illnesses.
- Establish and oversee emergency response protocols, including detection, reaction, and evacuation procedures.
- Participate in environmental analysis and waste management to reduce carbon footprint.
- Ensure compliance with environmental protection standards and monitor environmental indicators.
- Prepare for LEAD certification and propose operational optimizations.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
- Several years of varied industrial experience.
