Join Cartier in Singapore as a Fragrance Sales Ambassador. Promote luxury fragrance products and deliver exceptional customer service in a prestigious retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Cartier Fragrance products in Travel Retail at Changi Singapore.
  • Promote Cartier Fragrance products at the assigned counter.
  • Welcome and engage customers, share product knowledge, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through professional consultations.
  • Maintain basic housekeeping and adhere to all operational procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as necessary.
  • Ensure counter cleanliness and proper presentation of products and testers on shelves.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience; previous exposure in the beauty or luxury industry is advantageous.

Skills

Sales-driven and customer-service oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Interest and/or knowledge of Fragrance products. Proactive with a willingness to learn. Responsible and able to work independently. Meticulous attention to detail. Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales results.

Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
