Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enhance candidate experience for boutique and corporate positions.
  • Screen and qualify potential candidates, partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline using ATS, social media, and job boards.
  • Understand and communicate labor market trends and regional compensation benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Director to create recruitment strategies by Maison and function.
  • Lead intake meetings to understand vacancies and define interview cadence.
  • Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors.
  • Create digital job ads for social media and attend networking events to establish brand awareness.
  • Track and communicate recruitment metrics and present to Executives and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at boutique and corporate levels.
  • Ability to manage a high requisition count while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Experience working across time zones and maintaining flexibility.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Skills

Expert communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with ATS, social media, and digital platforms. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate empathy in challenging circumstances.

Experience

3-5 years in retail recruitment, particularly within luxury retail environments.

Compensation

Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
