Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the finance/controlling product, including tools, roadmap, resources, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all digital transformation project requests from the finance department.
  • Analyze and understand financial needs, propose suitable digital solutions, and oversee their implementation.
  • Ensure appropriate communication plans are in place, including rituals, KPIs, and usage metrics.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, including projects, continuous improvement, and obsolescence.
  • Manage stakeholders around the product, including finance business partners, service providers, and Richemont Group actors.
  • Establish governance around digital products and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management control, preferably within the industry or manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent command of SAP FICO.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is advantageous.

Skills

Strong interest in digital transformation and data analysis. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Analytical, meticulous, and service-oriented. Autonomous, proactive, and innovative.

Experience

Significant experience in management control, ideally within the industry or manufacturing sectors, with a strong command of SAP FICO and familiarity with BI tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
