Join Cartier in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, as a Digital Transformation Manager - Finance. Drive strategic digital initiatives within the finance department of this luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the finance/controlling product, including tools, roadmap, resources, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary contact for all digital transformation project requests from the finance department.
- Analyze and understand financial needs, propose suitable digital solutions, and oversee their implementation.
- Ensure appropriate communication plans are in place, including rituals, KPIs, and usage metrics.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, including projects, continuous improvement, and obsolescence.
- Manage stakeholders around the product, including finance business partners, service providers, and Richemont Group actors.
- Establish governance around digital products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management control, preferably within the industry or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent command of SAP FICO.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is advantageous.

Experience
Significant experience in management control, ideally within the industry or manufacturing sectors, with a strong command of SAP FICO and familiarity with BI tools.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
