Cartier is seeking a Deputy Boutique Manager in Stockholm, Sweden. This role involves assisting the Boutique Director in managing team performance, client relationships, and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Boutique Director in enhancing boutique performance and profitability.
  • Manage and develop the boutique team, ensuring high standards in operations and client service.
  • Monitor individual objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Drive boutique performance through strategic analysis and action plans.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to enhance brand visibility and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with boutique operations, including inventory and expense management.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as an ambassador for the Maison.
  • Promote clienteling tools to enrich the client database and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage client and staff flows to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail management and team leadership.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.

Results-oriented with strong initiative. Agility in adapting to change and leading in complex environments. Excellent analytical skills and a client-centric mindset. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on inclusivity and trust.

Experience

Previous experience in retail management and leading teams in a client-facing environment is required.
