Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in client-facing sales activities within the Cartier boutique.
  • Manage customer relations and inventory control.
  • Handle jewelry and watch repair requests.
  • Perform operational tasks related to sales and client service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or watch sales.
  • Background in customer service within luxury automotive, hospitality, apparel, or aviation industries.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience with sales and customer interaction.
  • Proven ability to build trust with clients and adapt to their needs.
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience in a collaborative environment.

Skills

Strong customer service and sales acumen. Excellent communication skills in Japanese, with proficiency in English or Chinese as a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Flexibility and adaptability in client interactions. Commitment to personal skill development and goal achievement.

Experience

A minimum of two years in sales or customer service roles, preferably in luxury sectors.

Workplace

This position is based in Kansai, Kansai, Japan.
