Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Manage client waiting times and direct clients to appropriate areas within the boutique.
- Assist Sales Associates during transactions and support daily boutique operations.
- Coordinate with Stock Administration, Cashiers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
- Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.
- Maintain the boutique's impeccable environment and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Support stock inventories, price labeling, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of the boutique at opening and closing times.
- Order and manage boutique facilities and supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience in a client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Experience in client service roles, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.
