Role & Responsibilities
- Provide optimal customer service for after-sales clientele.
- Manage administrative tasks from product receipt to return.
- Communicate and collaborate intensively with Richemont Customer Service.
- Prepare and conduct interim and main inventories for repairs and leather straps.
- Structure and organize the service area.
- Perform technical tasks such as polishing, engraving, and watch strap adjustments.
- Manage customer complaints proactively.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical training as a watchmaker or goldsmith; career changers from the hospitality industry are also welcome.
- Several years of experience in after-sales customer service, ideally in the jewelry and watch segment.
- Strong enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ideally initial experience with SAP/ERP.
