Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner for the South Asia Pacific region, managing IT service and delivery activities.
  • Influence global IT strategy to align with regional business objectives and growth.
  • Build relationships with regional retail teams and stakeholders to identify and address business challenges.
  • Oversee IT service providers, including vendor management and service quality assessments.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for service issues, ensuring resolution and prevention of recurring problems.
  • Develop and implement regional IT project methodologies, optimizing budget and resources.
  • Collaborate with Group IT to execute central IT transformation programs and manage regional IT budgets.
  • Supervise retail store projects, including new openings, renewals, relocations, and events.

Qualifications

  • Over six years of experience in IT, business operations, or functional relationship management in a consumer-driven industry.
  • Minimum of three years managing teams and third-party vendors.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Financial acumen, including budget and purchase order management. Extensive IT management experience, preferably in the retail industry.

Experience

Over six years in IT and business operations, with at least three years in a managerial role overseeing teams and vendors.
