Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct field inspections to ensure leather goods meet company standards for finished and semi-finished products.
  • Identify issues in leather goods and communicate defect resolutions to the Technical Inspector.
  • Collaborate with the LG Quality Control Manager and Technical Inspector to ensure adherence to critical control points and quality guidelines.
  • Align quality expectations between manufacturers and Burberry.
  • Report and propose adjustments to quality acceptance levels or tolerances based on inspection results.
  • Lead problem-solving activities and corrective actions with the LG Quality Control Manager.
  • Prepare and communicate necessary documentation to support quality inspections.
  • Define packaging requirements to maintain Burberry's quality standards during transportation and storage.
  • Manage daily feedback and coordination with manufacturing, technical, and quality teams.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, preferably with knowledge in leather goods.

Skills

Proficiency in office software, ERP, and PLM systems. Decision-making based on technical facts and experience. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Problem-solving aptitude. Attention to detail. Basic knowledge of English. Punctuality and flexibility in scheduling. Ability to organize personal planning based on daily situations.

Experience

Experience in quality control, particularly within the leather goods sector, is preferred.

Education

High school diploma, preferably with knowledge in leather goods.
