Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and design new watch cases, ensuring creativity and passion are infused into each project.
  • Conduct preliminary studies to assess the complexity and feasibility of new projects, defining necessary resources and timelines.
  • Create technical documentation that balances technical requirements, industrial constraints, and aesthetic criteria.
  • Manage project data (CAD, plans, articles) in compliance with internal standards, ensuring accuracy in PLM systems.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing between various company departments and external suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of prototypes, adhering to defined criteria and deadlines.
  • Resolve technical issues identified by quality assurance, after-sales service, or production, implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the research and innovation team to propose bold and innovative solutions, supporting patent research and filing.

Qualifications

  • Technical training background
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in watch case design
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in technical English

Skills

Expertise in CAD software, preferably CREO Proficiency in Windchill (PDM Link) Strong understanding of machining processes and industrialization constraints Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Autonomous with strong analytical abilities Proactive and detail-oriented Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of watch cases is required.
