Join Bulgari in Valenza, Italy, as a Manufacturing Team Associate Manager. Oversee assembly operations, ensure quality, and drive team development in a luxury brand setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team within an assembly department, including shift work.
  • Ensure safety regulations are understood and adhered to.
  • Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage and analyze costs and productivity metrics.
  • Ensure timely product delivery according to scheduling demands.
  • Monitor production progress using management systems.
  • Analyze and reduce production drop-off rates.
  • Resolve issues using problem-solving tools.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Quality, and Scheduling departments to achieve KPIs.
  • Invest in team development through continuous feedback and development plans.
  • Promote entrepreneurial spirit through Continuous Improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or preferably a degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in roles involving knowledge of production processes.

Skills

Basic knowledge of SAP and MES systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to work well under pressure and a drive for continuous learning. Adaptability, flexibility, and initiative, especially in managing unforeseen events. Teamwork capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in roles related to production processes is required. Experience within a production cell is preferred.

Education

Diploma or preferably a degree.

The successful candidate will be located in Valenza, Piedmont, Italy.
