Bulgari seeks a Director of Compensation and Benefits in New York City to lead and develop compensation strategies. Part of the LVMH group, offering a dynamic work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Compensation and Benefits team, including senior managers and specialists.
- Design and implement compensation and benefit plans aligned with business objectives and talent strategy.
- Monitor and analyze compensation and benefit programs for effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Oversee job analysis, salary evaluations, and ensure compliance with pay practices.
- Design job classification and grading structures.
- Lead internal compensation reviews in collaboration with HR leadership.
- Manage annual salary increase and bonus programs.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to design incentive programs linked to performance.
- Partner with Finance to review budgets and actuals monthly.
- Lead benefits strategy assessment and implementation.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing in collaboration with shared services.
- Oversee commission calculations across multiple regions.
- Provide insights on compensation trends and legislative impacts.
- Guide compensation benchmarking using industry data.
- Produce ad hoc reports for business partners and central teams.
- Complete regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
- Develop retention plans for key talent.
- Ensure compensation plans meet regulatory compliance.
- Design effective compensation-related communications.
- Monitor HR budget variances and collaborate on forecasting.
- Manage HR costs and strategic plans with finance and leadership.
- Track headcount and ensure budget alignment.
- Optimize HRIS data and generate insightful reports.
- Oversee HR data analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of compensation or finance experience, with at least 2 years in management.
- Experience in a global company is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years in compensation or finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
