Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in both operations and client interactions.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the sales floor to enhance the Bulgari selling experience.
  • Proactively plan one-to-one meetings with team members to offer feedback and develop action plans.
  • Address team complaints and requests confidently and positively.
  • Foster a client-centric culture among sales teams.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance the client portfolio and drive clienteling initiatives.
  • Monitor retail dashboards and ensure regular follow-up of sales and retail KPIs.
  • Implement action plans through morning briefs, coaching, and reward programs.
  • Produce reports on store performance, including qualitative insights.
  • Drive personal sales targets and engage in proactive sales activities.
  • Ensure the correct application of company norms and procedures, including safety.
  • Supervise day-to-day store processes and maintain high procedural standards.
  • Organize store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
  • Lead and organize inventories and maintain retail standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent client engagement and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in analyzing retail KPIs and implementing action plans. Ability to maintain high standards of operations and procedures. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing client experiences.
