Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique performance and profitability through excellent operations and client service.
  • Coach and develop the boutique sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage boutique operations, including stock integrity, inventory monitoring, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain the appearance and upkeep of the boutique.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through regular meetings.
  • Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Maximize sales growth and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client service and cultivating strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate after-sales activities and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Perform supervisory functions to manage personnel effectively.
  • Hire, lead, and advise the boutique team on projects and operations.
  • Motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
  • Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment to maximize morale and productivity.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in jewelry or watchmaking, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
  • Qualification in Gemology is a plus.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Experience

8-10 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
