Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets through effective team leadership.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and motivate boutique staff to achieve their full potential.
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to optimize product displays and promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Thai is essential.
- A deep understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand.
