Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts in both French and English, including those related to partnerships, services, brand ambassadors, influencers, models, PR agencies, artists, architects, and campaigns.
  • Provide legal support and advice to operational teams, particularly in Marketing, Communication, and Store Design departments.
  • Conduct legal monitoring and inform teams of applicable legal developments.
  • Train operational teams on relevant legal matters.
  • Manage and oversee the portfolios of trademarks, designs, models, and patents.
  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation processes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Law and/or Intellectual Property Law.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent business acumen and risk assessment capabilities. Adaptability and strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in IT tools. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm environment is required.

Education

Master's degree in Business Law and/or Intellectual Property Law.
