Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts in both French and English, including partnerships, service agreements, and collaborations with influencers, models, PR agencies, artists, and architects.
  • Provide legal advice and support to operational teams, particularly in Marketing, Communication, and Store Design departments.
  • Conduct legal monitoring and inform teams of relevant legal developments.
  • Train operational teams on legal matters.
  • Manage and oversee brand, design, model, and patent portfolios.
  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Law and/or Intellectual Property Law.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate or law firm environment.

Skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to identify business risks and communicate them effectively. Adaptability and strong interpersonal and writing skills. Proficiency in IT tools. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate or law firm environment is required.

Education

Master's degree in Business Law and/or Intellectual Property Law.
