Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts in both French and English, including partnerships, service agreements, and engagements with influencers, models, and artists.
  • Provide legal guidance to operational teams, particularly in Marketing, Communication, and Store Design departments.
  • Conduct legal monitoring and inform departments of relevant legal developments.
  • Train operational teams on legal matters.
  • Manage and oversee brand, design, model, and patent portfolios.
  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Law and/or Intellectual Property Law.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

Skills

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to identify and communicate business risks effectively. Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in IT tools. Fluent in English.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in a corporate legal department or law firm, specializing in business and intellectual property law.

Education

Master's degree in Business Law and/or Intellectual Property Law.
