Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance objectives, customer service excellence, and brand image.
  • Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
  • Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting overall store sales.
  • Ensure accurate use and quality of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to develop action plans.
  • Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
  • Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up procedures.
  • Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
  • Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and back-office procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

Skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Organizational awareness and flexibility. Strong knowledge of Bottega Veneta products and brand philosophy. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

Annual base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus.
