Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets.
  • Maximize business potential across all departments in alignment with company strategy.
  • Coach and motivate store staff to drive performance and achieve goals.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure efficient use of CRM and client book systems.
  • Maintain and uphold Bottega Veneta's standards and procedures.
  • Manage stock effectively to optimize sales.
  • Conduct corporate analysis and mystery visits to understand competitors.
  • Expand the customer base while maximizing existing client relationships.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service in line with company standards.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of store management experience, including over 3 years in luxury retail.
  • University degree.

Skills

Strong sales data analysis capabilities. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Proficiency in planning, organizing, and implementation. Exceptional communication, motivation, and team management skills. Proficiency in English and office software.

Experience

Candidates must possess over 5 years of store management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail environments.

Education

University degree required.
