Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
  • Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
  • Maintain stock room standards through organized merchandise arrangement by style, color, and size.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Organize shipping area, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
  • Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
  • Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
  • Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
  • Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
  • Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player. High level of accountability and reliability. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment is preferred.

The role is situated in Beverly Hills, California, USA — conveniently close to Los Angeles.

Compensation

Salary range of $22.00-23.50 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
