Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Efficiently manage client information using CRM systems.
  • Deliver an engaging and exceptional client experience in line with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Stay informed about luxury fashion trends and collections.
  • Provide clients with alternative items to explore the collection further.
  • Foster a positive team environment and adapt to various personalities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain organized stock and communicate stock levels and availability.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude. Strong communication and empathy skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Team player with a positive approach.
