Join Bottega Veneta in Kuwait City as a Sales Supervisor. Lead a team in luxury retail, representing the brand to clients and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand to clients, guiding them through the buying journey with expertise in styles, product characteristics, and trends.
  • Ensure the presentation of the collection aligns with brand standards.
  • Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
  • Uphold company values as the visible face of the brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
