Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical development and industrialization of leather goods, ensuring alignment with stylistic and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as the consumption office and the testing and measurement office to analyze test results and resolve technical quality issues.
  • Select crust leather for various exotic types (e.g., crocodile, alligator, ostrich, tejus lizard) and oversee the finishing process.
  • Manage the cutting process of precious leather materials for production.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing within the leather goods or tanning industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of exotic leather products and their characteristics.
  • Strong planning and precision skills.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility and strong communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • Adaptability and dynamism to thrive in a dynamic and evolving corporate environment.

Skills

Technical expertise in leather goods production. Problem-solving skills for technical and quality issues. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Strong organizational and planning capabilities. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
