Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate daily requests and back-office tasks for all PR and communication activities.
  • Manage the HQ Sample Set, ensuring status updates through Fashion GPS and handling internal requests, including archiving.
  • Assist global PR offices with sample requests for editorials, VIP fittings, events, and press days.
  • Update the global PR editorial requests book daily and track shipment numbers for samples.
  • Support the Head of PR during fashion shows, including sending invitations, seating arrangements, and guest hospitality.
  • Organize talent gifting, seeding, and dressing activities, including product sourcing, legal documentation, and shipping.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for worldwide communication meetings and requests.

Qualifications

  • Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in the fashion product industry.
  • Knowledge of Fashion GPS.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet browsers. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Effective time management skills.

Experience

Previous experience in the fashion product industry is required.

Education

Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media, or related fields.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
